One of our favourite things to do as a family is stopping at roadside attractions and we LOVE that you don't even have to leave Winnipeg to do it! Winnipeg has so many beautiful art installations, monuments, statues and what can only be termed as 'roadside attractions' and I rounded up 24 of them that are found ALL over the city to give you a nice scavenger hunt to complete this summer. We visited 10 of them on Saturday and it took us 5 hours as we also stopped at a park for a walk. On other weekends we have just added 1 stop to our activities as it was in the area so you can choose to do as many as you want and how long you want to take to fill it but one thing for sure is you will have a LOT of fun and make great family memories.
Add some extra fun to the outings by having the kids or yourself do silly poses, dances or jumps for the photos/videos and then comply them into fun videos like the one below we did at a few stops. They always bring a smile to my face when I rewatch them.
